Sunny from morning to night, you'll be ideally located, close to the city and the sea, yet in a peaceful setting. A parking space is reserved for you, and there's a lovely terrace at the foot of the house where you can relax with garden furniture. The adjoining plancha will help you enjoy your stay.
Divided in 2, you'll benefit from 140m2 of living space on 2 levels. The first level comprises an entrance hall, a large fully-equipped Provencal-style kitchen, a 40m2 living-dining room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people, and a separate toilet.
A grand staircase leads to the night area. It leads to a hall, 1 master bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed and en-suite shower room, and 2 large bedrooms with storage space and a 160 x 200cm bed, which can be separated if required. A bathroom with WC completes this floor. Local shops (a mini-market, a chemist and a florist) and public transport just across the street make life easy. There's also a small children's playground just a 2-minute walk away.
If you're a family with young children, we can provide everything you need to welcome them comfortably: cot, high chair, safety gate for the stairs and a few games.
