Come and stay in this dream villa on two floors with panoramic views of the sea and the city of Nice, terraces, garden and barbecue and above all its Roman-type pool overlooking the garden for swimming day and night. (shallow ornamental pool, 75cm deep, 8m long X 90cm wide not suitable for swimming).
Can accommodate 8 people. Bright with large spaces, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room, a TV corner with armchairs. You will find four bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom and dressing room. Paradise 10 minutes walk from the city center, quiet in a residential area.
Access to the house is via a small, very narrow uphill road with several hairpin bends. It does not fit some cars...

Summary: The home is beautiful, and feels very private and secluded up on the hillside once you are in the home or are enjoying the outdoor areas. Lovely and bright with plenty of room for 5. There are 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The two main floor bedrooms have a full setup with showers, while the two upstairs bedrooms have large bathtubs. (There is also one half-bathroom on the main floor.) Each bedroom has excellent room-darkening blinds which were a necessity with the 5am sunrise in July! All four rooms have either a walk in closet or armoire so plenty of space for clothing and other items. The home has several nice gathering spaces – a large foyer, spacious living room and several outdoor spaces including a patio with grill, multiple walkout (from bedroom) patios or rooftop areas and a small but elegant swimming pool. There is a also a mid-size room for TV/movies/streaming. Kitchen is a bit on the small side, but has all the needed appliances, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, etc. so it worked well for us. There is a washer but no dryer. We rented a car so we could explore all of Nice plus surrounding areas, and also knew we wanted to trek to Monaco and Italy. The hairpin turn road up to the home was intimidating the first time up and down, but we made multiple up/down trips each day in a mid-size SUV (Peugeot 5008) with out any trouble. Definitely would recommend a small to mid-size car if it works for your party though. There are several restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores that are easily walkable from the home - less than 1km and 10 minute walk (just need to navigate up/down the hillside via the road or staircases) so we did not need the car for our most local activities. We did use the car to go into town/beach – plenty of reasonably priced parking areas so it was no trouble. (Recommend using the public parking ramps/car parks – good locations and I don’t think we ever paid more than 10 EUR even when we parked all day.) Our only suggestions to make the home even better would be to (1) upgrade the towels, and (2) provide a few more pillows. The towel quality was nowhere near a match to the elegance of the home, and would recommend two sets of towels (bath/hand/wash) per guest. Would also recommend a minimum of 2 pillows/guest. Overall, highly recommended, especially for groups that want to be independent and do not need all of the creature-comforts of a resort-style setting.
