Before your arrival:
- the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum security and allow you to be in complete serenity with us.
- All supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, bins...)
- Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
- All linen and textiles are completely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats...
- We llet a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole apartment.
- Check in and handing over of the keys will be done by compulsorily respecting the barrier gestures:
hand washing, wearing a mask is compulsory, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass Transparent Glass to communicate serenely.
- For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydo-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.
At your departure :
Leave serenely without contact since you can leave the sets of keys in the apartment or in the mailbox directly.
(we will simply ask you to let all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to slam the door of the apartment behind you).

Situated right in the heart of Nice, you have everything near: pharmace, bookshop,restaurant, tobacco, press, supermarkets and even there, a morning the provencal market where you will find all the fresh products of our region sold by our farmers.
Furthermore in case of travel bus are situated in front of the building and the 1st stop tramwayis in only 5mn walk and 10 minutes from train station.
beach is 10mn walk or 5 mn by bus or traway, a bike park is also available in front of the flat.
In all streets around the building they are free parking places 24/24 and 7/4 and now in addition there is a public parking located 2 minutes walk: the "parking de la gare du sud" where you can also find a big and beautiful commercial center with a lot of shops, restaurant, cinéma and sport club.
City mapp, bus and traway time departures as well as WiFi code connectionswill be gived to you at your arrival.
