The house was recently completely renovated and has been newly equipped with all modern comforts such as Wi-fi. It has a lovely covered patio furnished with an outside sitting area, completed with table and chairs for eating outside on the warm summer nights.
The villa is arranged on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 11 people, for a total of 5 bedrooms (3 doubles, one large open space with a double bed and 2 single beds, and 1 single) and 5 bathrooms.

In fact it often hosts international artists and sculptors who come to stay there, sometimes for long periods of time, to shape their creations. Some famous artists of note who called Pietrasanta home are Michelangelo and Vasari. Overtime, this small town has become an artistic centre, hosting lots of art galleries, temporary and seasonal art expositions and a picturesque historical centre.
