GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into an open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge area with sofa bed (queen-size, 1.40 m wide); two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoor space; third bathroom with shower; laundry area with washing machine.
Park:
The villa opens onto a private, fully fenced front courtyard, paved and bordered with hedges and tall palm trees. The outdoor area includes a heated hydromassage tub, a gazebo with ergonomic sunbeds, a dining table with umbrella and a lounge corner with outdoor seating. There is private parking space to one side of the property.
