Villa MonteLuna is a wonderful country villa, located near the village of Legri di Calenzano, between Florence and Mugello. Completely surrounded by greenery, the villa, originally an old farm belonging to a noble family, was completely restored in 2016. The restoration has highlighted the pleasant contrast between old and modern in the property, starting from the rooms, for example: Some are furnished in a modern style, others in Tuscan Florentine style.

The villa (500 sqm) is divided into 3 floors.
Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a wooden peninsula, fully equipped with appliances and accessories (microwave, American coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine and dishwasher). Following is a dining room with large fireplace, table for 10/12 people and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the dining room is the living room with a huge corner sofa and TV with large flat screen. From the main saloon a spiral staircase leads to a delightful cellar. Complete the floor a comfortable bathroom with shower and a utility room with washer and dryer. Going up the stairs you find an ideal loft as a reading and relaxation area.
First floor: On the first floor in the wooden floor entrance there are 5 bedrooms: 4 doubles and 1 twin with 2 single beds. Three rooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the other two (1 double and 1 twin) have a shared bathroom, ideal for families with children.
Second floor: From the entrance to the first floor a delightful spiral staircase leads us to the last master bedroom with private bathroom and skylight, ideal for admiring the starry sky.
The Villa is located on an estate of 5 hectares, completely fenced and enclosed by an automatic gate, where you can go walks in meadows and woodlands. Inside the delightful private garden (1,200 mq) with green lawn, we find a large porch with table, ideal for an open air lunch and for a night out to contemplate the panorama with a great glass of wine. Underneath the veranda there is an elegant rectangular table for 12 people where you can have breakfast or dine al fresco during the warm Tuscan summer.
The outdoor spaces are embellished with a beautiful infinity pool (13x5 m - 1,20 to 1,80 m depth) with irregular shape, fully covered with precious Tuscan travertine and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and sofa with chairs. In front of the pool is the front porch of the villa, furnished with curtains and elegant sofas for those who want to be close to it but relax in the shade. Finally, you can use the outside barbecue, ideal for making tasty barbecues in the company.
