Situated in the peaceful and picturesque valley of Patresi Mare, on the far western point of the Island of Elba, where it enjoys spectacular sunsets looking on the islands of Corsica and Capraia, the House stands out because of its attractive character and its unique position - 50 metres from the sea, surrounded by a private park, and under the spell of the old Lighthouse of Punta Polveraia.
The complex comprises three independent units, which can accommodate between 2 and 4 persons each, placed on different levels of the garden, with private access to the beach .
Garden Terrace is the second apartment of the House, often used by the Owners and their children. It is surrounded by a terrace, of over 60 sq. m., which further expands the living space, and it has an additional sun terrace on a more elevated area. Being situated at the mid level of the terrain, it enjoys a sea view while being immersed in the garden.
Garden Terrace has two bedrooms (both with twin beds that can be separated or connected) and one completely renovated bathroom. There is a living room with open plan kitchen, with a comfortable sofa and a dining table; the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator. There is an additional outdoors shower (shared with the other unit Sea View) for use on return from the sea.
Outside the living room, towards the sea, there is the large terrace, with a section shielded from the sun which is used as dining area. The terrace is also equipped with dining table and a variety of chairs and sunchairs - the best to enjoy the sea, the sunsets, and the starry nights.
A washing machine is available in a utility area shared by the three apartments.
