Situated in the peaceful and picturesque valley of Patresi Mare, on the far western point of the Island of Elba, where it enjoys spectacular sunsets looking on the islands of Corsica and Capraia, the House stands out because of its attractive character and its unique position - 50 metres from the sea, surrounded by a private park, and under the spell of the old Lighthouse of Punta Polveraia.
The complex comprises three independent units, which can accommodate between 2 and 4 persons, placed on different levels of the garden, with private access to the beach .
Pine Paradise is the third apartment of the House. It is at the ground level of the garden, immersed in the peace of the pines trees and of the songbirds. It has an ample patio, of over 40 sq. m., which expands the living space.
Pine Paradise is conceived as a "studio-flat" and was newly built two years ago to accomodate in an independent unit friends and guests. It has one large room with a sleeping area (with double bed), a sitting area, a well equipped cooking area, and a bathroom. There is an additional outdoors shower (shared with the other unit Sea View) for use on return from the sea.
Outside there is the large patio, at level with the garden, with an additional outdoor cooking station, an ancient granite dining table and a variety of chairs and sunchairs - the best to enjoy the sea, the sunsets, and the starry nights.
A washing machine is available in a utility area shared by the three apartments.
Pine Paradise may be rented also in combination with the other units, which are also shown on this website.
