Summary: Firstly, the unit is generally as described and priced. Do not expect a Zen Experience or any privacy as you are under the constant surveillance of the host. Everything including your water usage is monitored and commented.Secondly, the host cannot be trusted. After mutually agreeing to cancel the reservation for an amount after the first month, the amount kept changing and reducing due to her unfamiliarity of the process and the unwillingness to take VRBO guidance. After nearly a month of trying to assist while receiving threatening emails, the cancellation was processed and the host has suddenly become unresponsive. The final agreed refund (reduced by 40% of original agreement) has not been provided leaving me only with legal options.I would also not trust any of the previous 5/5 ratings as resolution of the issue always included a demand for a perfect rating which would have been very deceiving. Good luck if you plan to stay here.
