NO SMOKING. Smoking, including the smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana, is PROHIBITED in all inside and external common areas of the home, including the garage. This will be strictly enforced, please be considerate.
NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly unit, and will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring pets into the building or pool area at any time.
FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.
PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: two vehicles in the garage, two in front of the garage, and an additional vehicle in the driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited. Please do not block access to the neighbors garage.
QUIET HOURS. 10 PM to 8 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, or other apparatus may be used that cause any unreasonable annoyance within the home and outside common areas (patio, garage).
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
GAS GRILL. Feel free to use the grill on the back patio, but please turn the gas off as soon as you`re done cooking. Guests will be responsible for any extra gas charges if the grill is left on.
NO SKI GEAR INSIDE. For the protection of the floors, please remove ski boots before entering the home. A designated area is provided in the garage for storing boots and other ski or outdoor gear.
TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins (garbage under sink, recycling in stainless bin). Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.
