A few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, up the slopes of the Montanina hill, you will find La Montanina, a recently renovated part of a typical farmhouse, which maintains its original architectural features. The stone facade, the fireplace in the living room, the wooden beams on the ceilings and the warm colours of the furniture and paintwork will welcome you to this little nest, taking you back to the country life of times gone by.
Around the house there is a large fully fenced green area of about 5,000 square metres with an endless series of natural terraces covered by silver olive trees. On one of these terraces, there is a fenced swimming pool (size 5 x 10 m, depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), for your exclusive use and finished with a stone solarium, sunbeds and umbrellas. As well as being a safe haven on hot summer days, it will also be an unforgettable place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over a marvellous panorama of the valley below.

In front of the house there is a large, paved, panoramic terrace which is overlooked by the kitchen. The space is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, and here you can enjoy excellent dinners and cookouts in the fresh evening air.
