The 60 m2 structure is equipped with a patio equipped for comfortable outdoor dining and a large, fully fenced green garden. The entrance to the apartment is via the kitchen or the living room, on the ground floor. The sleeping area is made up of two double bedrooms (one room has a service bathroom inside) and a main bathroom with shower and bidet.
