Amazing and comfortable villa located on one of the most exclusive spots of the Tuscany coast (150 km from Rome), well known as the “Argentario” coast. This name comes from the peculiar silver reflections the sea has in many moments of the day and at moonlight. Moreover, starting 2019 this part of the Tirrenic coast has won the prize for the cleanest water.
This beautiful property, built at the end of Sixty, overlooks the sea right in front of the famous “Isolotto di Porto Ercole” and has a very easy, comfortable and private path that starts from the main living room and leads to the sea; it’s just a 3 minutes walk in the property garden. At the sea there is a little hut where beach umbrellas and deck chairs and water games can be stored, in the hut there is also a refrigerator to enjoy cool drinks while at the beach, and in the hut's back there is also an open air shower (hut, refrigerator and shower are shared with neighbouring villa).
The villa is immersed in the beautiful nature of the coast between the famous Porto Ercole town (just 10 minutes walk away) and the iconic hotel “il Pellicano” and its position by the sea with private direct access is very very special and rare on this coast.
The villa is really comfortable: there are two double bedrooms, one twin bed bedroom, one single bedroom and a maid bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two bathrooms with shower and a guest bathroom (sink and toilet), a large living room with fireplace, a little study, a dining room and a spacious kitchen. There is another single bedroom that is accessible only from the garden and has its own private ensuite bathroom with shower (in this bathroom is placed the washing machine).
In front of the living room the amazing furnished terrace has a 180-degree breathtaking view of the sea.
All bedrooms (except maid bedroom and the bedroom accessible from garden) have ceiling fans.
It’s furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation: wifi, tv-sat, Sky sat decoder (you can bring and use your own Sky card), oven, microwave oven, pods espresso machine, coffee moka, dishwasher and laundry machine. Outside in the garden there is a brick barbeque, a patio and a hammock.
Finally, the property has private parking for three cars (one, for a small car, in a closed garage and two covered outside).
Guests will have the entire property at their complete disposal.
Hut at the sea, the refrigerator inside the hut and the open air shower in the hut's back are shared with neighbouring villa.
In the garden there are stairs and terraces which are not fenced.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Tourist taxes of €2 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days and for guests aged 14 or over must be paid in cash at check-in.
