Positive: The location is wonderful, a short walk to downtown and close to the university in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are lovely, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Very nice, well appointed bathroom as well. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Our hosts were so attentive, providing information about the area, dining suggestions (really great places!), and making reservations for us. This place is truly superior. We will be back!
