Villa Serra in Tuscany is located on a hilly site between Lucca and Pisa, surrounded by olive groves. From the ground floor entrance there is an open plan kitchen living room with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table a fireplace with couch, satellite TV. This room leads to a covered terrace with table and chairs for 4. On this level there is a WC and washbasin.
A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers. On this level there is also a utility room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. Additionally there is an open room with a double bed settee (this room does not close) and exits onto the garden. The second bedroom is a twin room with adjoining bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. The bathroom has direct access to the swimming pool.
The outdoor area consists of a covered panoramic veranda (8sqm) equipped with table and chairs (seating 6). There is outdoor couch and chairs. The swimming pool is set in earth (9x6m; depth 1.40m) with salted water and is surrounded by deckchairs, sun-umbrella and an external shower.
