Children can run around and enjoy themselves and have their first ice cream at the big ice cream display in the corner of the square.

Villa Rose in Uzes awaits you late evening gathering on the terrace with a glass of wine or a morning splash in the large pool. The villa is completely private and not overlooked.
It is well equipped with high quality furniture and a stone fire place. Your family villa includes a reversible air-cooling and heating system which makes it a ideal retreat all year round. The beautiful hand iron mongered entrance gate leads to a large front court yard with ample parking which brings you to the entrance of the main house.
Entering the main house, the lounge opens up impressively over two floors with its exposed beams and high ceilings. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor which all open to the South facing terrace. The master suite has its own bathroom facilities with bath and rain shower and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with rain shower, double sinks and separate toilet.
All rooms have direct access to the terrace and pool. This makes it practical for handicapped people as there are no steps between front door, bedrooms and bathrooms and terrace with pool.
There are two more double bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with double sink and separate toilet facilities. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony offering a scenic view across the Uzès countryside. We can offer certain set ups for families with babies or small children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern high quality white goods and an American fridge with ice cubes making facilities. There is a laundry with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. There is a single garage and a separate car port attached.
Enjoy the afternoon in the large pool or on our sunny terrace. The shaded Summer kitchen offers the perfect relax in the evening when getting the BBQ ready for the family.
You can use our bikes to explore the local area. The children can jump on the trampoline while you are enjoying your aperitif while playing Boule in our garden.
All linen, towels, pool towels are 100% cotton rich and will be included in the rental agreement. We will take care of the final end cleaning.
