Villa Ray Capo Perla can be rented entirely or, sharing common areas, can be divided into 3 different homes:
The main one consists of two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
The second offers two double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower and a large veranda with kitchen.
Furthermore, the external veranda can be used open or closed, being equipped with special curtains.
Finally, the third is made up of: two bedrooms, one of which is double and the other with a French bed, and a bathroom with shower.
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 25 years (aimed at groups of guys - family welcome)
- the wifi is a local service delivery, being a house along the coast, it is sometimes interrupted and does not work properly
- check-in on site from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed only on request
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
