A large private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) overlooking the garden, with sun loungers. The pool is treated with a UV disinfection system (no salt or chlorine).

Free parking with 2 reserved spaces in front of the garage (there is a car park with 5 free spaces 30 m away). The garage is not accessible and will remain closed.

Upstairs, two bedrooms are air-conditioned. A third bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning, located just opposite its door, in the corridor. The ground-floor bedroom is not air-conditioned, but remains pleasantly cool.

A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
