Positive: Wonderful views over Versuvius, especially from the pool and breakfast room. Easy to get to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples by car. Very comfortable room with good air conditioning. Lovely croissants, yoghurts, small cakes for breakfast with eggs & bacon prepared to order if needed. Very welcoming and helpful hosts who recommended a great local restaurant and booked us a table with an incredible view. Pool and grounds kept in beautiful condition. Dog friendly, secure parking onsite.

Negative: Definitely follow the host's directions on how to get there rather than using the very narrow road that your sat nav might take you along.

Summary: Little oasis in the hillside with a great view of Versuvius.
