Al piano inferiore (zona notte) divisa in 3 parti: nella prima troviamo la master bedroom con terrazza e bagno, nella seconda 3 camere doppie con un bagno, nella terza 2 camere doppie con bagno, quindi ulteriori 2 camere doppie più semplici con un bagno; una stupenda piscina (60 mq) affacciata sul mare pavimentata con listelli di tek.
