Outside, an extensive garden hosts the private swimming pool. The house has welcoming interiors, furnished in a rustic Tuscan style and it is spread over 3 floors connected by an elevator. The owners manage an important farming estate producing wines, olive oil and spirits.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with irregular-shaped swimming-pool (around 60 square meters – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,8 m – open from 15/04 through 15/10), large terracotta-tiled solarium, barbecue. Within the property there are various fruit trees which are at guests' disposal.
The villa provides an elevator and a laundry (with 2 washing-machines) in the villa basement. WI-FI internet is provided (free of charge).
