We offer you very pleasant moments in this house with a seaside atmosphere, comfortable and full of charm!
This is our first season on Abritel.
But we had already opened the house for rental for a few weeks last year, on another booking platform.
The test was successful with enthusiastic travelers and very positive comments, to discover in the "photos" folder of this ad!
We have therefore programmed the installation of a beautiful swimming pool, from the Spring 2020 holidays, so that your stay in St Cyprien is even more pleasant!
The main thing in summary:
On the ground floor, sleeps 9:
3 bedrooms and 1 comfortable sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room.
The dining room is for 14 people, with board games, books and DVDs.
1 fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry pantry, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and combined oven / microwave.
1 bathroom with bath, 2 sinks and 1 toilet.
+ more: 1 summer shower, 2 sinks and 1 separate toilet.
1 laundry room / table football game room with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer from January 2020.
There is also a second fridge and a second freezer.
Everything is designed for large families!
Upstairs, 5 beds:
2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
All the appliances and the living room and garden furniture are new.
The electricity has been refurbished, it is up to standard to receive the public and therefore does not require socket covers.
The strong points of the house:
- a large garden, ideal for children.
- a patio, very warm, for most of your outdoor meals under the wisteria.
- terraces for sunbathing around the house.
- a large swimming pool of 8 m by 4, in the sun in the garden and surrounded by a beautiful terrace in exotic wood, relaxation and good times guaranteed!
The villa is in a housing estate, in a quiet area, preserved from the summer bustle.
At the same time it is very close to the beach, the market and the shops which are 7 or 800 meters away.
Rental from 7 days and 6 nights in July and August. Cleaning offered for stays of one week.
A participation of 79 € will be required for shorter stays.
This villa is made to receive people and we have fantastic memories! We wish you, in turn, a very pleasant stay!
More in detail :
When you arrive, you can park 1 or 2 cars along the axis of the garage and 2 others along the surrounding wall.
House with 4 faces, fully fenced, on a plot of 750 m2. You can lock the gate, if desired, for the safety of children.
The swimming pool is equipped with a reinforced bar cover, which it will be your responsibility as a "good father" to put in place when the swimming pool is not in use.
It can be easily rolled up with a crank.
This is what guarantees everyone's safety and your serenity. This is what makes this pool up to safety standards.
It is equipped with a cleaning robot that does the job for you. It's vacation anyway!
To offer you a quality service, the house is managed all year round by a specialized company: "l'Intendance, Conciergerie de la côte radieuse".
Caroline and Daniel, who are the friendly managers, will welcome you on your arrival and explain all the tricks of the villa so that you can quickly take possession of the place and quickly feel at home!
We do not supply, as a base, sheets and towels or beach towels.
This would have a cost that we do not want to impose on you if you come with your own sheets, like most vacationers.
Our manager, Caroline, has therefore negotiated with the local laundry, the supply of sheets and towels for vacationers who wish.
She brings them to the villa and brings them back to the laundry for cleaning, at cost. She does not take a margin on this service, but it will be paid for on site.
You can calculate the cost yourself:
30 € for a double bed with 2 sheets - or a sheet and a duvet cover - 2 pillowcases, 2 small towels and 2 large ones.
€ 21 for a single bed with 1 pillowcase, 2 sheets and 2 towels, one small and one large.
If you don't have enough space in your vehicle, at least, you know we have solutions on site.
This allows you to come by train or plane with your only luggage.
Let's go back to the villa.
As it is large, with 14 beds and offers beautiful volumes, it is ideal for 2 or 3 families who wish to share the costs by sharing the rent.
It makes it possible to meet all together under the same roof, during vacation time, in a simple environment, which invites to idleness and the sweetness of life, while benefiting from a lot of space.
It is comfortable, well equipped and functional.
Nothing sophisticated or fragile. No brand new leather sofa or valuables.
A great holiday home, where everything is done to make you comfortable for a pleasant holiday.
In high season, arrival on Saturday or Sunday for 6 to 7 nights minimum.
From June to October, we live outside. But if necessary, the living room allows you to take very many meals by combining it with the folding table which is in the laundry room.
10 people around the main table + 4 young children, on the poufs, around the small table in the living room, just for them.
Or the possibility of unfolding the side table for 6/8 people, which is in the laundry room. Abundant chairs.
Only the living room and the adjoining bedroom have air conditioning.
When it is too hot outside, this room allows, cool, to make the holiday notebooks, or, more fun, parts of cards, Scrabble, Chess, Monopoly, Dominoes which are available, bottom left of the library.
You probably won't use it much in summer, but there is a TV with TNT channels and a DVD player with a large selection of films for all audiences, including Disney.
The DVDs are at the bottom of the living room library in the middle.
The player also plays audio CDs. The sound will then be on TV.
Pop-rock, disco, blues, jazz, classical and Opera compilations.
There is something for every taste !
The wifi will be in service from April 2020.
Upstairs, there is a large terrace for drying clothes, sunbathing, or reading in the evening by the light of the lamppost (the switch is in the accommodation).
Speaking of reading, there are beautiful art books in the south-facing bedroom on the ground floor, many novels, regional tour guides and a few children's books and comics.
So if you like culture, you will be seduced! All books are freely accessible, even those in the window. You just have to put them back.
In the villas around you, everyone dines late, speaks loudly and laughs. We live well there! But in general, the subdivision falls asleep around midnight. Thank you therefore to respect the neighborhood, past this hour.
For shopping, there is a small Leader Price convenience store to help you out, rue Mirabeau 800 meters from the house.
There is a small supermarket U, rue Henri Barbusse at 1,500 meters on foot, towards Elne and Argelès, as well as an excellent butcher, a wine merchant and a press hall.
Further, between 5 and 10 minutes by car, there is a large Lidl in Saint Cyprien village, then a giant Casino and an Intermarché in Latour-Bas-Elne.
You can also schedule a drive when arriving at Leclerc de Elne, Carrefour de Cabestany or Auchan Perpignan.
But very quickly, you will appreciate leaving your car and being able to do everything on foot with the local shops of Place Rodin, between 6 and 8 minutes walk from the house, towards the sea:
2 bakeries, a newsagent, a butcher-caterer, a fruit and vegetable shop, a fishmonger's "chez Fanny" and its delicious Bouzigues oysters and seafood platters, a haberdashery, a hairdresser, 2 hotels restaurants, a bar and of course , a bicycle rental company and sale of beach items: Bike and Beach.
It is on this Rodin square that the market is held, every Friday of the year.
It also takes place every Tuesday in summer.
You will find Luc Pizza, Fabrice's roast chickens, take-out paella specialties, cheeses, praline merchants (delicious sayings), delicious oriental pastries, fruits and vegetables, honey, cold meats but also swimwear and ready to wear at low prices and the usual gadgets!
