Elegant, Art-Nouveau villa near Pisa in Tuscany, dating to the mid- 19th century and expertly reconstructed about 10 years ago keeping all its architectural features unaltered. The villa accommodation is in the small village of Fabbrica (where there are shops for basic necessities) located between the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence and its geographical position makes it easy to reach the most important art cities of Tuscany as well as set out on cultural, historic and food-and-wine tourist itineraries in the numerous typical activities of the area. The authentic, 19th-century furniture, the decorations, frescoes, the original wide-vaulted ceilings give the villa accommodation a certain elegance and goes back in time. Externally, leading from the kitchen and the living room, guests have a large paved garden with a loggia equipped for outdoor meals with a splendid view over vineyards and the hills reaching right up to the wonderful town of Volterra. From here, using a small brick staircase, you go down to the garden below where, located in a panoramic position, there is the swimming pool (12x4, 1.3m deep)(02/05-15/10) with Jacuzzi area and solarium area equipped with sunbeds. The holiday villa has central heating, air conditioning and wi-fi Internet connection. Included in the rate: welcome aperitif.
