Our Villa Bellini is newly furnished and features an open, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom with king-size bed features an ensuite bathroom. The living room with big sliding doors provides access to the covered and screened-in outside dining area and the pool deck.
The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.
A beautiful fenced-in backyard makes it safe for children and your dogs to play. A laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage are also part of the villa.

Trash: It is the guests duty to take all of their trash and recycling out to the curbside for pick-up the evening before collection day and back in, when emptied. In case guests do not get their garbage and recycling collected, we will charge a fee of USD 100.00 for extraordinary removal.
Pets: Please ask for approval to bring your pet, if a pet is not registered with us before arrival and we find out during or after your stay, we will charge USD 500.00.
Pets: Unfortunately due to 2 recent cases of guests letting their dogs pee and poo within the house on carpets, wood floors and pool decks, we have to add the following rule: If we find any pet poo/pee or its stains anywhere within the house, the garage or the pool area, we will charge USD 500.
