'Villa Allegra', lone-standing country house is in a wonderful location in the hills of Camaiore. Conveniently located at a few hundred yards from the village of Camaiore (walking distance) and 4 miles from the seaside , it lies within a beautiful 250 acre private property with private access. It has a beautiful view of the valley and of the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom and master bathroom. The master bedroom leads to its private patio veranda. On the first floor you will find the living room area with a fireplace, the dining room, a small studio and a bathrooom; a professionally equipped kitchen connected to a beautiful covered pergola ideal for outside entertainment . . On the second floor there are two double bedrooms each room with its own bathroom. Flat TV with Satellite , wireless and adsl connections in all rooms. In the private park surrounding the villa there is a large covered veranda equipped with barbecue, dining table and chairs for lunch or dinner outdoor. A beautiful park full of trees, flowers and officinal herbs surround the villa. There is a large over flow swimming pool( 16 meters x 5 meters) . The property and the park are gated . A synthetic grass tennis court is also situated in the park of Villa Allegra only for its guests.

Summary: We had a fabulous time at Villa Allegra. The house is very beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean and well equipped. Tastefully furnished. The garden is particularly beautiful, with a tennis court (which we used every day) and an exceptionally big swimming pool. Embedded in a fenced, large forest landscape. We were there with two dogs and practically didn't have to leave the grounds, but were still able to go for long walks. The location, within walking distance of the city of Camaiore, is perfect. The place offers everything you need and also some small restaurants. Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Pisa or Viareggio are each only 30 minutes or less away. Giuliana and her team deserve special praise. Marika and Fausto in particular. They were always on the scene in minutes when we needed them, and at the same time, they were incredibly discreet and considerate. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely book Romina, the cook. She is great. The house is so beautiful that you don't want to leave it and thanks to Romina we were able to spend some delicious evenings on the terrace. We will definitely travel to Villa Allegra again. Full recommendation and many thanks to Giuliana and her team. Perfect hosts.
