The special thing about the house is the swimming pool (3 x 2.50 x 0.70) with a small waterfall and Ydromassage. The garden and the small pool are for single use. The parking lot is within the enclosed property. The size of the garden offers many options for entertaining activities.
An outdoor shower is also available. Alarm system and air conditioning available. Barbecue allowed.
