It is nestled within a two acre olive grove with beautiful sea views and sprawling lawns. This stunning house has been renovated and extended to a very high standard and offers a unique mix of an old bergerie extended sympathetically with traditional stone walls, galleried glass hallway and huge full height bay windows over the gardens. It has beautiful mature gardens and lawns and a large swimming pool. At the bottom of the garden you have a gate to stroll down to the village centre where you will find Le Clos St Pierre michelin star restaurant, and many other restaurants and bistros, boulangerie, wine bar and other facilitates all within walking distance, you don't have to get in your car! A small track at the top of the property leads you to the unspoilt walks of the Camp Romain hillside. Here you have extensive views on one side of the sea and the other side the hilltop village of Gourdon and surrounding mountains. There is a superb stone pool house area with built in bbq and pizza oven and seating for 14 people.
There is a good bus service in the centre of the village, directly into Nice (via the airport) and Grasse and Valbonne.
