The villa is spacious (250 m2). On the ground floor, there is an open living space consisting of a living room, dining area and large open kitchen. Large sliding doors in each space ensure that the living space is filled with light and catches the summer breezes. Bedroom 1 (the pool room) is found on the ground floor and contains a queen sized bed, desk and an ensuite bathroom with toilet. It has a relaxing view of the swimming pool, countryside and beyond! The ground floor also gives on to a laundry area containing a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and pantry. Moving up the beautiful curved staircase, you arrive on the first floor in a common area that can be used for working, or just reading a book. Bedroom 2 (a room with a view) contains a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and has its own private balcony. It has a beautiful view of the countryside, Montpellier and out to the sea. Bedroom 3 (treetops) is cute and cosy and also has an ensuite bathroom and a pretty view of the garden below. There are several paved outdoor areas suitable for dining or just relaxing by the pool. The large garden of nearly 4000 m2 has many trees and flowers as well as a vegetable and herb garden that guests are free to pick from ! For the sporty, there is also a petanque court, as well as a ping pong table and badminton set. There is ample room for parking. The house is in a quiet and peaceful setting that will ensure a relaxing vacation !
