The apartment, about 70 sqm., Is located on the ground floor of my house, has access to the back of the Villa and is a newly renovated apartment with the possibility to accommodate up to 4 people; you enter a large kitchen-living room with dining table sofa bed and color television. The kitchen is gas-powered with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The master bedroom has a bed (designed and built by me !!) very large and comfortable, the chest of drawers is of the eighteenth century style and the wardrobe with sliding doors is in gold finish. The bathroom, with countertop sink (bathroom cabinet I built !!), washing machine, sanitary ware and large shower. The house is also equipped with clothes rack, iron, hair dryer and WI-FI. In colder periods, from 1 October to 30 April, the cost of heating is reimbursed according to consumption (€ 1 per cubic meter of gas, reading at check in and reading at check out).
The apartment is only 7 km from Florence and the "Europa Parking" where it is possible to take frequent buses to the historic center; 8 km from the A1 Milan-Naples motorway (exit "Firenze Sud"), in an ideal position to take all the highway branches.
