Welcome to our family vacation home!
The villa by Bridgewater is a beautiful four bedroom home located in the quaint and nice community of Bridgewater Crossing while being close to all shops and restaurants. With its open space, lovely decor, its conservation views and its prime location, our Florida home will make the perfect relaxing vacation retreat for you and your family.
Close to Disney (15 minutes), Universal Studios (35 minutes), Sea World (30 minutes), Legoland,…along with the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic beaches (within an hour drive).
There are many shops and restaurants near by:
- Publix and Walgreens (5 minute-drive)
- Champions Gate shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away.
- Posner Park (Marshall’s, Target, Best Buy, Ross, Dicks, many restaurants and more) are10 minutes away.
- Walmart is only 15 minutes away.
Our community is also located only 3 miles from the prestigious Champions Gate Golf course and a few miles from many other leading golf courses.
Our clean and non-smoking villa offers everything you have at home. Cable TV, FREE wireless internet access, free national calls, fully functional laundry machine/ dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large side-by-side refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker and all the needed kitchenware).
The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort (except for the garage) and its 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and two small families.
At the back of the house, there is the master bedroom (with the king size bed, a comfortable mattress and a 40'’ TV with more than 200 channels) and the master bathroom and closet. There is also the Mickey Mouse Retreat with 2 twin beds and quality mattresses. Those two bedrooms are overlooking the pool area.
At the front of the house, a comfortable guestroom (with a queen size bed and a 40” TV) can welcome another couple. There is also a kids bedroom including a bunk bed with two quality twin mattresses and 32” TV. A second bathroom can be shared by the guests sleeping in this part of the house.
There is also an inviting dining room and a comfortable living room that includes leather couches and a 40” flat screen TV with more than 200 channels and internet access.
Let’s not forget the game room with a dashboard, a pool table and foosball table!
Our heated, private, screened pool overlooking a woodland conservation area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip after a busy day at the theme parks. The house is located on a large lot insuring a lot of privacy while sunbathing and swimming. Guests have full use of the community facilities: 2 tennis courts, a basketball field, a large community pool, a pond and a lake. Everything being only at a 2 minute walk.
