Summary: A spacious Studio, ideal for a single or a couple. Very clean & well equipped to meet my simple travel needs. Well situated to restaurants, cafes & an amazing Bakery/Pâtisserie very close by. Only a 5 minute walk to the Tram & Buses made it easy to see Nice without a car. Note: be prepared for daily exercise as is on the 4th floor. 🤗. Would stay there again in the future.
