Positive: The location on the water. The number of showers and bathroom. Four showers and five toilets is very helpful for a group of 10. The balcony upstairs was massive.

Negative: The downstairs has no chairs for the bar stool height dinning table. This made dinning a challenge. The upstairs had no AC. The constant breeze from the ocean did help- but cannot imagine what it will be like in the summer time - we were there at last week of October. There was no seating on the balcony upstairs and the two chairs that were put out were not usable. The host took them away and put them in the trash. I wish there was a grill on the upstairs patio.

Summary: Great location that could use some detailed touch.
