No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or there is a cleaning fee charged from your security deposit.
The resort fee is charge $64.50 total per day, not per person. Ex: 7 night stay, $451.50 + tax for all people staying in the home. Read your confirmations carefully upon receipt
