It is one of the few detached vacation homes directly on the peninsula, with private parking directly at the house and car access permit for our guests.

Here you will find great restaurants, elegant boutiques, cafés and the Aquaria Thermal Spa. The famous ruins of the first Roman thermal facility “Grotte di Catullo” are located right next to the hotel. A beach bar with good aperitif drinks is just a 2-minute walk away. Shopping facilities are available on the mainland and also in the small store on the peninsula. You can reach the house by car. If you want to explore the other towns on Lake Garda but don't want to move your car, use the Lake Garda ferry service! The Lake Garda boats depart from Sirmione old town to all towns on the lake.
