On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cmx200cm) and an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The villa is set on a beautifully landscaped private estate of 8,500m². The property features multiple terraces, including a covered terrace with a dining table, a pergola with a table in front of the villa, a lounge area, and various seating corners. Guests have access to a gas barbecue, plancha, and grill. The 12mx6m pool is heated (April to October) and equipped with an electric cover. Surrounding the pool are 10 comfortable loungers.
