Summary: Disappointed. Checked in to our room to find rubbish from the previous guests on the floor. There was also broken glass in the hallway outside the room that my girlfriend narrowly avoided. I informed reception about this who apologies, but nothing was done! The glass was still there for another 36 hours, and the rubbish in our room was never picked up. There was also no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, just a bar of soap that was designed to act as everything.. I asked reception if they had any actual actual shampoo and conditioner and they said no but advised there was a supermarket down the road! The pool area was cool. All in all very disappointed with the stay given we spent nearly £600 for 2 nights...
