An annex on the opposite side of the courtyard has another double room and one double/twin bedded room both with en-suites shower rooms and a spacious sitting area in between the bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with all the essentials including American coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a large dining table to accommodate 12 people. The living room has an open fireplace for the cooler months and leads on to a roof terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Equipped with satellite/cable TV. Character cantinas and shaded arches add Tuscan charm to the property. One of the cantinas has been made into an atmospheric, candle-lit bar area with exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings.
From the pool area steps lead down on to a large garden. The property benefits from an elevated position offering beautiful views of the countryside and a perfect setting to relax and unwind. A small chapel nestled between to ancient cypress trees provide the perfect intimate setting for weddings.
