Located in a closed, secured domain above natural parkland, the delightfully peaceful oasis is only 15 minutes drive from Nice airport, and only 10 minutes to the town centre, beaches, restaurants, and shops.
This villa has it all, and if you want to take it easy, there's nothing simpler. Just laze by the swimming pool, prepare your meals in the outdoor kitchen, enjoy the Japanese-style jacuzzi bath, venture down into the fully sound-proofed HD home cinema with an amazing film library and Netflix, or just take in the view which unfolds before you as you sit out on the terrace. The villa is made up of 3 levels and with five bedrooms has a sleeping capacity for up to 8-10 people. High-speed Internet access is available by Wi-Fi or from the various Ethernet outlets in the villa.
Outside the gated community is a large recreational park with panoramic views over Nice and the Mediterranean.
