Charming home located within the private Cala Piccola resort at the foot of Mount Argentario, in a natural and marine reserve known to be the best seaside area of the Tuscany region.
From the house you can admire the surrounding islands of Giglio, Giannutri, Montecristo, Argentarola, Formiche and Elba, in particularly clear days you can also see Corsica.
The house has a large space with an open space kitchen and living room, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the living room has an LCD TV and a WI-FI system that will allow you to connect to the network. The house has a beautiful double bedroom with a newly renovated private bathroom, equipped with all sanitary and shower.
It also has a bedroom with a personal wardrobe and two beds, one single and one bunk bed, or alternatively the living room has a sofa bed. The house also has another shared bathroom which is also equipped with all the bathroom fixtures and a comfortable shower. The 80 square meter house extends into the outdoor space from which you can admire the fantastic sunsets over the sea and with the possibility of making breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors. Small dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed due to allergies.
The coast offers various possibilities of access to the sea, moving by car or bicycle or other suitable means you can choose public beaches not far away such as: Cala del Gesso, Le Cannelle at two kilometers, the Giannella at 6 km and the Feniglia at 8 km. Otherwise you can take the ferry from Porto Santo Stefano, which is 3 km from home and go to the island of Giglio, Giannutri and Elba.
During the stay, for mountain bike lovers it will be possible to make trips to the various paths around the house. For food and art lovers, it will be possible to visit places of unspoilt nature, such as the island of Montecristo or Giannutri or del Giglio and taste the typical products of the neighboring countries.
For weekly bookings the house will be available from Saturday to Saturday, for any other request please contact the host directly. For periods longer than a week, check-in and check-out times can be arranged.
