This 430 sqm lovely and standing large villa, very peaceful, in the middle of a park 3200 sqm planted with palm tree, olive trees and lemon tree, has a panoramic view over the hills and valleys of the heights of Cannes. Very easy to go to beach or Cannes with the expressway till Cannes 10 mn, near restaurants, shops, two golfs, Nice airport at 25 mn, Palais des Festivals at 15 mn.
A large 78 sqm living room open onto a dining room of 42 sqm, with a chimney piece, will allow you to entertain 2 to 20 guests + 2 children + 2 or 3 baby. We could added 2/3 guests with supplement.
Top of the range fittings: Diffazur 13m by 8.5m private pool with jacuzzi. balneotherapy shower, fitness room, billiard and ping pong, internet access- WIFI, TV with lots of chanels in différents linguage.
Consists of 9 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 shower rooms, 5 WC, disabled access.
From October till middle of May, this villa is modular with 7 or 9 bedrooms, the prices displayed in low season are on a basis of 7 bedrooms.
After your booking, it is mandatory to return us signed a Rental Agreement that we will send you once completed with your name and home address, period and rental rate, then we will need to provide us with a certificate of resort insurance (usually included in your home insurance). Also it will be mandatory to sign the Entrance and departure Inventory make between the owners and the tenant.
We will inform you of the possibility to take a cancellation-coverage insurance if you want or if you haven’t insurance with your home.
ATTENTION: NO RENTAL TO ORGANIZE PARTIES, no sound system possible, no rental for a weekend or for young people, no filming of clips, films or images for commercial purposes.
The tenants undertake to comply with all the conditions of the Rental Agreement, including not to make any noise outside or in the evening that could disturb the peace of the neighbors.
This villa is rented to spend a quiet holiday or to accommodate company staff (without carrying out any commercial activity inside).
We wish to rent that to people respectful of ourselves, places, neighbors and contractual rental conditions. The villa must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, tidy and in a correct state of cleanliness, the departure cleaning indicated as loads corresponds to a current cleaning.
