Sa Casetta is a lovely 4 bedroom house with spacious living areas and a private pool (4 x 8 meters). The living room is furnished in a typical Mallorcan style with wooden beams adorning the ceiling and partly stone tiled walls, it features a comfortable sofa, a dining corner a flat screen TV SAT and radio CD. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with impressive Mallorcan fireplace as the centre peace and a large dining space. A total of 4 bedrooms (2 x double beds/2 x 2 single beds) and can accommodate up to 7 persons, plus 3 bathrooms (1 en suite). The property is fenced with a private gate. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers and an umbrella and is surrounded by Mediterranean plants that create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. In front of the pool there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs for meals in the open air and at the other side of the house is a barbecue area with brick built barbecue and another large table to enjoy grilled meals together.
