This nice and bright apartment, 67 m2, has recently been largely renovated and is personally and pleasantly furnished. It has a large balcony with a table, chairs, and armchairs, and an even larger roof terrace upstairs where there are sun loungers and tables/chairs. Both have a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is located 150 m from the sea and the beach in Saint-Laurent-du-Var. Nearby there are several restaurants, bakery, and a smaller grocery stores. 5 minutes to the airport.
The living room is spacious with space for a sofa group and a dining area for 6 people. The living room also has AC and TV. From the living room, there is a door directly onto the balcony.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could need, such as a dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker filter, kitchenware, and glass/crockery.
There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has AC and there is a direct exit to the balcony. The bed is brand new with a comfortable mattress, 160 x 200 cm. A large wardrobe and TV are also in the bedroom.
.The smaller bedroom has 2 new beds of 80 x200 cm. Adjacent to this bedroom there is a small newly renovated shower room with a sink. A wardrobe is also available.
