Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location of the accommodation was great but the property was not well maintained.

Negative: We experienced many issues with the property during our stay. On arrival we were informed that the toilet in one of the master bedrooms was broken and a plumber would arrive on Monday to fix it. The plumber didn't fix it, he only removed the toilet and didn't close of the pipes correctly leaving unsanitary water leaking into the bathroom for the next 5 days. The pipes were finally closed off on our penultimate night. We had to contact the agents regularly throughout the week with many issues including, no gas for the BBQ, faulty fridge, broken dinning room chairs, lack of cleaning cloths and products, problems with the old ventilation system in the bathrooms and loud noises from the pipes in one of the bathrooms. This had a negative impact on the enjoyment of our family holiday. The agent told us to contact the owner but we didn't get a response from them.

Summary: We would not recommend this property due to the lack of maintenance and upkeep.
