This house has heaps of Provencal charm and is ideal for those friends or families, wanting a quiet rural retreat, but, at the same time, being close enough to enjoy the bright lights of St Tropez life. The grounds of 3 hectares are beautifully maintained with Mediterranean trees, chestnuts, olive, lemon, and lime, as well as many flower bushes and fruits trees. The views are spectacular on both sides of the property with a view to the Golfe de St Tropez in the distance.
The entrance is through a large welcoming reception room, with to the left-hand side, a dining room, and spacious kitchen. The sitting room with fireplace is joining to a beautiful conservatory with glassed bay windows and roof that can be totally opened in the summer, there is a very comfortable sitting area with large sofas, coffee table opened plan with dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, 5 hobs “Lacanche” gas cooker, two dishwashers, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

Drawing room, sitting room, kitchen, and glass conservatory with dining and lounge. A family unit with one double bedroom (queen size/160cm), and a second bedroom with a single bed and a cot, ideal for a couple with child and baby. These two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, washbasin and separate wc.

Three studios with independent access are located on the other side of the pool. Two studios have “King” size beds of which one can be twinned, one has a “Queen” size bed. All the suites have en suite shower room, washbasin and wc, a kitchenette with coffee machine (Nespresso), small fridge, microwave, and kettle. There are fully Air conditioned and have a private terrace to the front with table and chairs.
Outdoor
The pool measures 13 x 6 m and can be heated on request. It is fenced and at a safe distant of the property for young children. It also has plenty of sun loungers and shade in the summer.
