This Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 is located in the private Cuscowilla Golf community. Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.
****Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club and as of now, access is not available to any of the Cuscowilla facilities for rental guests. The primary renter must be 30 years or older to book this property.***
This unit is on the 2nd floor with a large balcony overlooking the lake. It has a full kitchen and large family room with TVs located on the porch, family room and bedroom. Stereo with bluetooth access for the outside patio or inside area. The bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV. The bath has dual sinks with granite tops.
We want to make sure that we have great guests that stay with us, and we want to provide a great service. As part of this process, we strongly encourage that all guests have a 5-star VRBO guest rating.
