There you will find a large windows overlooking the sea, three chairs, three-seater sofa, reading area with armchair, TV and fireplace (use decorative). The fully equipped kitchen with table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a rustic sink masonry, has an enviable panoramic view. From the kitchen a secondary access door to the laundry area and parking. On the first floor are a spacious master bedroom (large bed 160x190), a double bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a bathroom with shower. A internal staircase leads to the attic with a big bedroom with a large bed (160x190) and a single bed (80x190) , access to the terrace / solarium with views of the coast and the isles of Tirreno Sea, a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.
On the first floor another internal staircase leads to premises serving the owners, uninhabited and separated by a locked door.
