The beautiful city of Lucca can be reached in around 30 minutes, as can Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. The coastal town of Viareggio is about 50 km away, and day trips to Pisa and Florence are also convenient. Families with young children will also enjoy a visit to the nearby Pinocchio Park in Collodi.
