Close to the main attractions of the valley, such as the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, the Sanctuary of Verna dear to St. Francis of Assisi, the Castle of Poppi of Conti Guidi and the beautiful Parish Church of Romena, the villa is about 30 km away from Arezzo and 60 from Florence.

At guests' disposal a panoramic swimming pool of the size of m. 7x14 (depth m. 1,20-1,60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) and equipped solarium, which enjoy the view of the village of Bibbiena, perched on top of the hill.
