Two gates protects the swimming area for the children’s safety. Up a few stairs, is the main house garden with a magnificent view of the hills and Golf de Coulondres, offer an expansive lawn, a pétanque pitch and a ping-pong table. The terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue and a plancha to enjoy summer meals al fresco, a dining table for 10 can be completed with 2 other tables on the other side of the huge bay windows, an outdoor seating area overlooking the swimming pool and hills.
The interior of Villa Bel-Air flawlessly blends serenity and high-end design. From the outdoor living area, there is direct access to the indoor dining area for 12 with stylish seating arrangements. On the East side of the house a separate corridor leads to the first bedroom section and comprises 3 double bedrooms (160x200cm). two of the rooms have direct access to a private terrace with seating arrangements and a view of the swimming pool and its surroundings. These rooms share a spacious family bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a tub, and a separate toilet. The master bedroom is on the West side of the ground floor; it is composed of two rooms, one seating room with chic leather sofa and office area, and a sleeping room with a double bed (160x200cm) with direct access to a private terrace and view of the garden. The private bathroom is equipped with an open walk-in shower and a large tub. The toilet is independent.
The upper level of the villa is accessible via two different stair cases leading to a very large landing area used as a playroom or seating room facing large bay windows and a roof terrace.
