Casa del Borgo is a renovated holiday home at 500 meters from the center of Camaiore, Tuscany, and offers space for up to 5 people.
Near the Badia, 5 minutes walk from the city center, where you can stroll through the alleys and discover all its beautiful shops and restaurants. But even the sea is only 9.6Km and therefore easily accessible to spend the day on the beach in Viareggio or Lido di Camaiore.
The house is from the 1800s just renovated to new, keeping the exposed wooden beams and its rustic character.
It is the first of a series of attached houses and they have a common entrance courtyard, where a guest table is however available.
In front of the house, however, there is a large fenced garden of over 2000sqm with olive trees available to guests with two parking spaces behind automatic gate, table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for your outdoor days.
A part of the land is cultivated as a vegetable garden by the owner.
The street where the holiday home is located is closed-end, so the only ones who pass it are the residents.
In some points it tends to tighten and therefore the use of utility cars is recommended. No Buses.
